  • Integrated Behavioral Health System of the NC National Guard Access to trained clinicians for confidential counseling and referral to services for Guard members and Family: 1-800-621-4136 – ext. 1  (24/7/365)
  • Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA): National Suicide Prevention Hotline Free, confidential, 24/7/365 access to trained counselors for veterans in emotional crisis: 1-800-273-TALK (8255) – ext. 1. Can also text 838255 or chat online for additional access to services.Provided with partnership of the US Department of Veterans Affairs and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
